Law Firm “Angel Dinkov & Co” is a Bulgarian legal practice based in Burgas, with a second office in Sofia. We have practised since 1998 and also work under the name The Legacon – Bulgarian Law Practice. We advise individuals, companies and international clients on commercial law, tax, real estate, construction, immigration and civil law.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with foreign clients?
Yes. We assist EU and third-country nationals with property purchases, company registration and residence permits. We work in English, Russian and German as well as Bulgarian.
Can I have a consultation online?
Yes. Video or telephone consultations are available if you are outside Burgas or abroad. Notarial acts still require personal attendance or a notarised power of attorney.
How are legal fees charged?
Fees depend on the matter. Minimum rates follow Ordinance No. 1 of the Supreme Bar Council. We quote after an initial review — we do not publish a price list for professional fees.
